The Total Voice Platform backbone is located in Los Angeles, California, fully secure in one of the largest Data Centers located one the west coast. The entire platform is redundant to ensure your business never stops.

Hosted -

With the Total Voice hosted platform, your agents will be able to place or receive live calls through the internet using our VoIP solution. All that is required is a USB headset, PC or VoIP phone, and a static IP connection and your agents will be making calls within three days.

On Location -

Our Total Voice platform can be installed on location with the same feature rich functionality as our hosted solution. We will provide on site implementation and administration training during the dialer setup.

This diagram shows a hosted configuration for outbound predictive dialing. All of the equipment is hosted in a Datacenter in the U.S. The dialer is managed remotely and there is not equipment needed in the center except for workstations and routers.
